Le BoingBoing, to whom we all bow in supplication posts thus, that the Danes ARE the happiest people in the Entire Western Hemisphere, which was my supposition too. (Although somebody should tell Lars Ulrich that he comes from a happy country, because watching Some Kind of Monster didn't make me feel he had much of the Danish happy about him.)

The BMJ (respectable) paper is here.
Funnily enough, I'm willing to believe the conclusions. On the other hand, the paper as written up really seems a bit bollocks. Any Danes want to enlighten me further? Oliver James (about whom there is much in the archives) seems to think the Danes are happier than we are too. So is it something in the beer? Or should we just solve the problem with nuclear weapons? You can tell me with your comments. I won't hold them against you.
